TMK-2000 waste recycling machine is a compact machine with heaters. Using the same compost chemistry as Aerobic Composting, TMK-2000 is a much more affordable solution for sectors in which space and composting time is a major constraint. Composting happens much faster than its counterparts. Operating costs are lower than other heater-based systems.
Features of TMK-2000 Waste Recycling Machine
- Compact and Affordable
- Fully Automatic and Easy to operate
- Silent and Odorless
- Proven and Sustainable
- 100% Segregation is Required
- Low Maintenance
TMK-2000 food waste recycling machine is a mechanical device designed to accelerate and facilitate the natural decomposition process of organic waste materials, such as food scraps, yard waste, agricultural residues, and other biodegradable materials. Composting is a biological process in which microorganisms break down organic matter into nutrient-rich soil amendments known as compost.
TMK offers organic waste composters that are used to create an optimal environment for the decomposition process by controlling factors such as temperature, moisture, aeration, and mixing.
Waste can be put in: Vegetable Leaves, Leftovers, Vegetable Peel, Fish, Meat, Shrimp Shells, Crab Shells, Egg Shells, Small Bones, Bread, Coffee Grounds, etc.
Prohibited: Plastic Products, Metals, Ceramics, Fuel Oil, Solvents, Large Wood, Large Animal Bones, Cloth, and other domestic waste and hazardous waste.

WORKING PRINCIPLES
- Temperature Control: Composting machines often regulate temperatures to optimize microbial activity. Higher temperatures promote faster decomposition and pathogen elimination.
- Moisture Management: Maintaining the right moisture level is crucial for microbial activity. Composting machines may include systems for moisture control to ensure optimal conditions.
- Aeration: An adequate oxygen supply is necessary for aerobic composting. Composting machines facilitate aeration through mechanical agitation, turning, or forced air systems.
- Particle Size Reduction: Shredding or grinding organic waste into smaller particles increases surface area and accelerates decomposition.
- Mixing and Homogenization: Uniform mixing of organic materials ensures consistent compost quality and decomposition rates.
